I've spent more than ten years leading product in agile teams — setting vision, making the hard calls on priorities, and shipping products that hold their own in the market. My work spans AI, data and digital transformation across financial services, media, retail and the public sector.

At ComplyAdvantage I built their new Fraud product from zero to one, owning everything from client demos to roadmap strategy. Before that I shaped an enterprise AI roadmap at Informa and an AdTech platform at John Lewis, alongside work for public-sector and consulting teams.

Selected as one of the UK's emerging leaders for a year-long programme, sponsored by the Department of Finance, to train as a Non-Executive Director.

I gave strategic insight at board level, advising C-suite executives as part of the Non-Executive Director team overseeing £40 billion in public funds. I brought my expertise in AI, technology and digital to organisational decision-making, and worked closely with senior leaders to keep decisions aligned with long-term national priorities and public service outcomes.
